Add a bay leaf or two.  Add salt and pepper to the water.  When the chicken
is ready to fall off the bone, you'll have to fish the bones out and get the
rest of the meat off them, chop it and return to the pot.
Add 2 chopped onions, 3 ch carrots, 3 ch celery sticks, parsley flakes,
garlic powder, maybe some Turmeric.  Taste and add more salt and pepper if
needed.  Simmer til onions almost disappear, then add half a pkg of egg
noodles or other pasta.  Simmer til tender.
If its not 'chickeny' enough add some "better than boullion" chicken base
(Walmart).
That's all I remember, haven't made it in awhile.
