I'm a bit concerned that the wording of this would, in fact, bar anyone from being criminally prosecuted for planning, authorizing, organizing, committing or aiding the attacks, essentially granting themselves immunity. Whoever it is is guilty of obstructing justice, as are the staffers who designed the obstruction and the Congressmen who, many with full knowledge of their actions, who approved the action. The Bush Administration on many occasions wrote executive orders obstructing justice. The Republican Congress also did much to assist cover-up. Now the Democrats have done the same. Of course a complicit Congressional leadership forcing a bill that will prevent their treason from being tried in the courts -- will only stand if the people are willing to stand for it. ================= Regarding Buffett, from Elmer Lane: Elmer Lane Footnote: I suspect it is hard to keep a secret from a man like Buffett -- people who knew about the 9-011 false-flag operation being conducted by the Rothschild interests thought to gain points with the multi-billioniare by giving him a tip-off -- like Condi Rice tipped off Mayor of San Francisco Willie Brown. Buffett, then, must have thought of the party as a way to save the lives of people he know were heading for 9-11 victimhood -- and so he arranged the "charity event" at Offutt, near where he lives, as a safety precaution. His crime, then, is knowing it was coming and not giving the alarm. Of course he had a lot to lose by doing so -- and of course he should have done it and lost it like a man. No crook should be rich.
