MikroTik has just introduces new routing software which uses needs a 20MB+
hard drive. A download (about 6MB) will make five floppies using a windows
computer. These five floppies should be booted and installed on the
router (with the 20MB+ hard drive).

The question is, do you think this it is reasonable to expect that most
users that need a low cost routing solution will have an old hard drive
available???

Please see the web page at:

You can get a download and free licenses after registering.

The newest version includes:

- bandwidth control
- firewall
- java box GUI / telnet / console / serial console remote administration
- plus much more

All comments are welcome.
