This is, to put it mildly, nonsense. RF power falls off with the square
of the distance. At 100mw, you probably couldn't measure any "cooking"
effects even if the antenna were touching your skin. Your statement is
analogous to a claim that staring at a 25 watt lightbulb for long enough
will cause blindness, just like staring at the Sun. After all, the light
is in the same frequency spectrum.
