STN is quite versatile, and accomplishes what many smallish sites need "out of the

I tend to think that software should stand on its own merits without fear of
discussions about competitors. I see no harm in discussing other products. I
am a registered user of STN. I don't hide my head in the sand about other
products. I enjoy hearing discussions of them. I don't need anyone to
convince me of the strengths of STN to keep me "in the fold". In fact,
discussing what it does well and what it is weak in and comparing it to the
strengths and weaknesses of other products is, in my opinion, a healthy
discussion, and actually brings out the benefits of STN. If we are so afraid
of other products being better, I have to wonder if we are just afraid of
being wrong. No, I don't think I am wrong. I picked a good product and I
stick by it. But I also gave up CP/M a long time ago for MS-DOS, and I
continue to be willing to make changes when the need outweighs the risk.
Guess I just don't like censorship much.
But that's just my opinion...I could be wrong *S*
