I would also like to know this. I don't own/use STN yet since it doesn't
work on my PPoE ADSL line, but I know it's got great potential. At the
moment I'm running a P120 with 24Mb RAM and Win98 with NAT32+, Windows ICS
twists IPs around, which I can't stand. Anyway, any chance of getting PPPoE
in STN?
PS: i don't know linux. shame on me.

Subject: [ShareTheNet] PPPOE
I'm about to switch from cable to ADSL. My provider, Bellsouth.net, uses
PPPOE. I understand that STN doesn't support this. There are a couple of
free linux PPPOE clients out there. I wonder if anyone has figured out how
to incorporate them into STN. If not, is there any other solution that will
run on my 386? I am investigating the Linux Router Project, but this stuff
is really way over my head, which is why I bought STN in the first place. Am
I just out of luck? I hate to have to use Windows Internet Connection
Sharing or something.
Thanks,
Carl
