[STN] Problem with ICQ (not the one mentioned in the FAQ)

Hi,

I'm using a STN router with DNS and DHCP on a cable modem. Everything works,
but I can't connect to ICQ for some reason. I used the FAQ about ICQ, but
still no luck. Could this have anything to do with the fact that I tried
running ICQ on a 2nd machine in my network?? The problem occurd since I
tried that but I don't know how this could relate to each other.

If anyone has any ideas about this, help would be appreciated :)
