I'm trying to give one of my subnets access to the internet, but I can't seem to be able to get it to work. On your FAQ page in the section about networking, should there be a 'gw' before the gateway address at the end of this line?: route add -net 100.0.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.102 as in route add -net 100.0.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 192.168.0.102 With the gw in there, I can successfully ping both sides of the ShareTheNet router, but I cannot ping the internet or get a web page. Should route come before ipfwadm, or the other way around? Any suggestions? Can we change the startup script with STN 2.0.4? Also, I can consistently crash the web interface by selecting the Manual Override option. I'm using Windows 98 / IE4. _______________________________________________ ShareTheNet maillist - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.webserv.com/mailman/listinfo/sharethenet
