You could specific the commands directly in the "Manual Startup Commands"
section.

Like redirecting inbound ports 7000-7100 to a specific host for ICQ is:

ipautofw -A -r 7000 7100 -h 192.168.101.101

There's probably docs somewhere on how to use this program, I just used
examples that I've scraped off of the web.
