Hi Bill,

Do the following to diagnose the problem
0) Disconnect the STN box from the internal network
1) hook up a monitor and keyboard.
2) Press Alt-F8
3) Type "Of Mice and Men" and hit return (you should have a # prompt)
4) Type "tcpdump -i ppp0" and press return.
5) Wait until traffic appears on the screen.  It should tell you what's
going on.  If you don't know from the content, post it to the list.
