I had the same problem. Turns out my ISP is blocking selected ports,
including HTTP services (80). I set up an external forward on TSX.ORG that
sends external requests to port 7272 (randomly selected - use any port greater
than 1024) and setup STN as follows:
Forwarded Ports
---------------
Prot Local Addr/Port > Remote Addr/Port
TCP 204.71.144.195/7272 > 10.0.0.2/80
My ISP wants to charge big money for web hosting, so they are eliminating the
competition.
