I am trying ShareTheNet on a 486/33 VL-bus computer ("no-name"
motherboard) with only a NS2000 compatible network card, a floppy
controler card and a simple VGA-card pluged in.

The machine boots ShareTheNet Ok, it dials my IPS, I can ping the
gateway machine from another machine in my net.

The connection to the IPS is however never released (even if I do
nothing on the other machines) and after about 20 minutes I get the
message "Kernel Panic: timeout in swapper task-not-synching" on the
gateway machine.

I have not been able to get to the internet from my other machines but
this might be because of some other problem.

Any sugestions about what to try????

Regards
Magnus
