Hi,

I have been using Realtek 8019 ISA PnP cards from day one no problem, you 
could enable PnP or disable it doesn't matter. These cards work flawlessly 
and no packet drop. They are dirt cheap too.

Also Realtek 8029 the PCI cards work better.
