Running STN 2.1.0, in a 486SX/25, 8 meg ram, a 3C509B network card. My machine is
running Windows 98 Release one, and ICQ 99b 3.17 build 2565. I have about 120 users on
my list, and nobody has any problems with me going online/offline repeatedly. Of the
two other computers in my house, one is Windows 95 OSR2, running ICQ 99a, much older
version, not sure on the number, no problems there either, and the other is also Win
95 OSR2, running ICQ 99b 3.17 build 2565, about 40 users, and again no problems. From
what I've seen in the list, it seems STN 2.1.3 is the problem. I might upgrade this
weekend and see if I get the same problems. (Backup first of couse :-)
