Haven't heard anything from anybody on this, I hope that it don't mean that
no one has the answer and not encountered this before.
So I will post one more time.
Hello, I have a problem with DCC Send/Chat in IRC. This just started
happening was working find both send and recieve. Now I can only receive
from other's when I try to send to them it just sit's there then eventually
times out. Anybody have any ideas of what could be doing this. I recently
switched from dial up to cable modem access, but was working fine until
about 2 or 3 days ago. The switch occured last Tuesday. I am using STN 2.13.
