We had a similar problem about a week ago. One of our customer's domain
could not be reached via domain name. We could access using IP
addresses. Whois server reports that the domain name is still registered
correctly. It turns out that the ROOT servers do not have domain entry
for our customer's domain. After a day or two, it fixed all by itself
though... My guess is that if we wait for a while it will come back as
it was before... Maybe some people are doing a maintenance work???
