I don't know if you've recieved any help with this, but if not, this may help you.

Using the web-based administration screen, click on "Advanced Setup". Within that section, click on "Advanced Options", then click on "Manual startup commands". Add the line:
ipautofw -A -r udp 17761 17761 -h 192.168.1.2 -v -u
to the end, replacing 192.168.1.2 with the real address of the internal computer which has nascar 3 on it. What this will do is take the incoming connections on udp port 17761 and redirect them to the internal computer at the same port.

You will also want to follow the instructions for editing N3.INI, adding in the MULTI_PORT 17761 directive by adding the line
MULTI_PORT 17761
or editing the line that already may exist .
