I have done the obvious testing: Set the time of server and client to a date  
in the year 2000 and look at the file modification dates. Sharity did pass  
this test. There are no other date-related things in Sharity.

It's unlikely that Sharity is affected by any Y2k problem because the  
internal representation of time is in 100ns units since a given date. This  
representation is converted to and from other formats, but the algorithm  
seems to be OK.
