I have been saving my audio CD's to MP3 files using iTunes on my OS X Mac.
Using Sharity, I connect to a Windows XP share called "Music." When I try to copy the .MP3 files from my Mac to Windows XP, some files copy fine, while others don't copy. I think the problem is characters in the names of the .MP3 files which are not legal in Windows' filenames. Is there a setting or preference I can set to strip illegal characters from filenames when copying from Mac to Windows? Or, perhaps another suggestion other than manually re-naming each problem file?
