I wrote some tests for the test kernel yesterday, including tests for lots of casts between data types and pointer dereferencing. All the dereferencing tests fail, which coincides with ticket #2 posted by logicalerror. I've also closed a lot of stale tickets, leaving room for us to open a crapton more to give us some things to do. Feel free to post tickets about issues you know about or enhancements you'd like to see.
