It may be a bit off place at the moment but I started a TrueType font implementation. As someone mentioned earlier it's a lot of work on its own. What I've done for now is a mare beginning and I'm not sure if I can get it done well by my self because I lack time and brain force. For now at the very least I plan to manage to render simple glyphs w/o hinting, anti-aliasing nor complex scripts. I didn't examine SharpWS and I'm afraid I won't be able to do so for a long time :(
