I am assuming it is still in his sandbox...
1. Do we want to introduce GCing at the EIC/ADC level, or the
korlib/AOTed-EDC level? (which raises the same question about
threading/scheduling, but this is a memory management post...)
2. I wish I had more thoughts for this one...
