Well, unless a motion by a board member is made to seek and then pick a logo
for the project (and as part of such, any other branding needs), then there
isn't really anything happening in the logo department. ;-) And frankly,
right now, I think it is so much of a non-issue that, in by doing something,
(and then having to correct it later), creates too much effort and hurt
feelings...

On a side note, from my MUD-running days, I used to have a program for
generating ASCII art from image file formats, but I don't know where it
went...

However, I *will* say - if you are willing - that if you can come up with an
ASCII logo that is only 4 or 5 lines tall, we can shove something like that
in the trunk kernel, to use as a banner across the very top of the screen,
after boot, directly above the prompt. Color would be preferable. The prompt
is being written as "#OS> " (and in the changes I am preparing, with color.)
Just try to stick to either the "#" sign plus "OS", or if you like, your
combination of "#" and "O", + "S". It would help make the kernel look nicer
for that demo command-line shell release we are getting ever so closer to.

Oh, and bless your heart for writing custom MSBuild tasks to build the
kernel... Custom tasks are great, but VS2005 loves to complain about
security implications of running such...
