I'm not shooting anyone :) About passing the AOT though: I didn't get any exceptions. It didn't resolve System.Object for me though, so I started patching things up. That's why I wrote that more tests were needed.
I've seen the IRC logs, where someone talked about this tool. I didn't find it. I'll take a look. Are you sure? Last time I was working on it, AOT stopped at generating assembly code. Also it doesn't handle delegates yet unless someone has finished them before me (didn't notice that)...
