The problem is a simple one to solve. The issue is that there are a lot of
talented coders out there. Most of these do like to code something up and
are really good at inventing new things, however they don't want to spend
time on diagrams. If you believe there's something missing or should be
extended or improved (and I really agree with you here!) how about
contributing your time and picking a part of the project to improve the
current state?
We all have limited time due to certain constraints and everyone needs to
make a choice how he spends this time. Coding certainly may bring the
project forward, but its als a step backwards without documentation. But its
impossible to force everyone to do both.

I think I can spend about two hours every day for this project. But I think
also we need more crystal instructions (diagrams etc.) structure of the
project and plans for the future. Other words ANY ONE who can made some
stuff must have some piece of cake (small or big) - that he realy can do
complete. About project leader agree with you on 100%.
