The representation of schwi in Shavian.

The usual transcription
bikYz      rikwFrz
bikYz    rikwFrz
Unifon: bEkxz  rEkwIrz    bEkxz  rEkwIrz

Unifon and www.m-w.com use E for the schwi.  verE bEkxz - verE  bEkoz
Webster is consistent, using an external stress marker to indicate the
difference between É and E.  Unifon merges the two sounds.

Thorndike Barnhart Dictionary uses i for schwi but that is the only thing they borrow from an IPA pronunciation guide.  veri bikauz

IPA can distinguish between a stressed extended /'i:/ in *type and a short unstressed /i/
in *tippy and the short stressed /I/ in *tip.:
ti:p, tIpi, tIp
