Your config file is completely corrupted. If you format Sheepdog on another machine and copy the created config file to both of cluster nodes, I think you can fix your Sheepdog. I wonder why your config file is corrupted. Perhaps, we should use a more stable way to read/write the config file (e.g. using BerkeleyDB).
