Applied. Robin, the below new rules would be able to improve our productivity: - If you write patches for the HTTP interface, you can push them without agreemnts of other people. But you need to post them to our list. - If someone (including your collegues) write patches for the subsystem, they need to post the patches to our list. If you think they are ready for applying, you can push them to your repository. - You can send pull request via email (not via github) when you like. How do you think?
