I've decided to fix whatever the problem is and sell the car. I added it up
tonight and in the last year I've spent about $8,000 on this thing. I'll be
lucky to get $3,000 for it. I should have just bought an old Mopar to start
with.

  The combination of the smoke, oil consumption, and the oil blowing into
the airbox does not sound good...especially when you speak of boost being
"pegged" on the 20 lb gauge.
  I had a similar symptom on a 90 TI Daytona, which ended up being a piston
with the upper ring land melted off...no piston parts bouncing around, no
damage to the head...just a ring land instantly vaporized and swept out with
the exhaust. Not even any damage to the turbo! Lean was not mean!
