The engine will turn over fine but
wont start or will start after several tries (recently, however, it wont
start). I've had the cap, rotor, wires, coil and auto shutdown relay
replaced as well as the fuel filter. I'm thinking it might be a grounding
issue
I'd check the fuel pressure. I had a fuel pump that would not run at clod
temps.
Grounding is always good to check as well as both battery cables.
