Check the connector, any and all grounds and clean the contacts on the logic module.
I clean the contacts using pipe cleaners, cotton swabs and electronics cleaner. Follow up with some electrical connector grease to help keep moisture out of the connections. http://minimopar.net has some great troubleshooting advice.
