Since the head question has already been answered, I'll answer the brake
question:

Yes.

I uses the same stub axle arrangement as all of the other FWD products
(except the minivan, I believe) the rest of the parts should install just
like normal. The exception will likely be rear brakes lines, but that may
not be difficult to overcome.

As to whether it is worth it, that I'm not sure of. The Rampage already has
a fairly light rear end. So much so that Chrysler uses a height-sensitive
brake bias solution for the rear brakes. In order to maintain some brake
balance, the rear brakes essentially aren't doing much.

The disc brakes look much nicer and they can be easier to maintain. They
are however heavier (at least the 89 and later units since they include both
drum and disc brakes)

Subject: SD> Rear disk brakes and head question.

Has anyone ever put the rear disk brakes from a '89 shelby daytona on a
rampage rear axle? What's all involved. I have access to a setup but want to
know if it is possible and worth the trouble. Thanks in advance.

... Also out of curiosity can you put a cross drilled head on a early block
with no ill effect? '89 shelby t2 daytona head on a '87 glhs block for
example?
