I have always had a ground issue when the computer makes the 'whining' noise.
Check all and clean if necessary engine and body grounds. There is no 'Hall'
module on the 3.0. It uses a optical sensor in the distributor which either
gets bad or intermittant from debris buildup. Check the grounds first

I need some assistance, if possible. My neighbors 95 Spirit will not
start. There is no spark at all. The fuel pump runs when you turn the
key on, and it cranks over, but like I said it has no spark. I tried
another ASD relay, but that didn't help. Is it the Hall Effect/Ignition
Module? The computer has kind of a high pitch whine/squeal to it when
you turn the key on. Any ideas? Thanks guys!
