The computer is monitoring the speed sensor and will keep the idle higher
while rolling to avoid stalling the car.  I don't think it is supposed to go
that high though.  I would suggest cleaning the throttle body, removing the
AIS (idle motor) and cleaning it and its housing completely.  That might
help (it can't hurt)

There is also a reset procedure for the AIS system as well.  A quick search
should yield something.
