Does the pump makes noise and turn? If so, the fuel hose supplied with the fuel pump might not be rated for intank use. I had few of those regular fuel injection hoses caused no start condition, they literally melt in the gasoline in about a week. I used the hose that came with the pump kit. I can't hear any noise but then on this car someone needs to put an ear to the tank when the key is turned to hear anything.
