I believe I've dealt with a company in Jacksonville FL called Dealers Equipment. It was years ago - they may have moved in the last decade - but when I got a setup for my oddball 87 CSX (2.5 CB with large-spline 523 trans), they let me spec disc and pressure plate seperately, and were priced very reasonably. Give it a shot, a web search may pull 'em up.
