I did this on my T850 in my SRT, and it looks great.  However, it is a lot of 
work.  Trans will need to be completely disassembled, covering all sensitive 
areas (like bearing races) real well, and then bead blast it.  The you will 
need silicone plugs to protect all threaded areas from the powder.  Then of 
course powder coating.  We used a 3x3x3' oven with a hanging rack to coat 
my case.  Not sure if it would fit in a standard oven.
