Just use 220mm k-car rear drums, they are the same as the shelby charger units. They can be found on numerous cars over the years.
The stock front uprights might be convertable to 5-lug with new hubs and bearings, but you should use the GLH/Shelby-Charger style front uprights as they have better bearing support and larger ball joint mounting ears. If you slot your struts you could use standard k-car front uprights. Just be aware of how the slots are on the struts and realize that you may need to weld material onto the struts to keep them from slipping. Or just use k-car struts with lbody springs and upper mounts.
