This may not help, but I'll mention it anyway. I have a 15" pumper. It has a small bend on one bead, It will hold a tire but I wouldn't drive on it. Also, no center cap.
You can have it for the shipping cost. The scrap price for al wheels around here is $20 but I'll donate it for the cause. I have no idea what it costs to ship a wheel.
