Greetings! After many phone calls to local friends, a friend of ours came down with some J-B Kwik Weld and we reattached the shutter plate to the distributor plate. The van started up and home we went!
Got here an hour or so ago, now to try to find a spare or replacement distributor. So, still looking for a Distributor. Thanks for all the replies, especially John Card, who posted photos of the distributor with the correct orientation of the shutter plate. Now to find a replacement. Any thoughts? Thanks again!
