As far as a fair market price it was based on the fact that locally there were both a 85 and 86 low mile Turbo Z's that sold for about $12K 3-4 years ago and recently I saw a low mile GLHS for $18K. So $17.5 is not the highest advertised price I have seen recently on a turbo Dodge.
