My Shelby Lancer is in 1000 pieces right now, but if I recall, there is a line at the firewall were the heater core lines go into the firewall that you might want to check. I believe mine had 2 hard plastic lines spliced together right at the point with a rubber hose piece. I don't recall any check values under the dash itself. There is a connector right behind the radio with all the vac lines for the hvac also you might want to check. Will take a look if I have any pictures that might be of any help.
