olha voltando pra thread, acho que resolve:
awk -F: ' $3 >= 500 {print $1}' /etc/passwd | while read a; do grep $a
/etc/shadow | grep '!!'; done
esta linha pega todo os usuários fora os de sistema que existam no
'/etc/passwd' e os procura do '/etc/shadow' apresentando na tela se
estiverem bloqueados.
