According to the project manager, all the money and gold needed to construct this Zarih have been provided though public donations. The transfer of the Zarih from the city of Qom to Karbala has provided this opportunity for Muslim devotees to visit the Zarih and pay respect to Imam Hossein during the mourning month of Muharram , especially those who cannot afford to visit Karbala. Latest techniques have been used in lighting in this structure.
