Hi,
This update to the stable branches only fixes a single bug, but this is
a fairly important one for compatibility with other versions.
Unless anything major shows up, this is likely to be the last update to
the 0.3.x and 0.4.x branches. All users are encouraged to upgrade to
0.5.x now.
