The problem comes from your "xvfb" option in xpra.conf. It looks to me like the package is pointing to a suid Xorg binary ("elevate privileges"), and this won't work. For more details see: http://xpra.org/trac/wiki/Xdummy Please contact the arch packager for help on this as I have no idea what arch should be using / doing here.
