Hi, Had anyone managed to use the AccesPoint and the SixAxisTransmitter apps together?
I'm trying to use the IP stack on the shimmer with these apps but for some reason it does not work. I've loaded the AccessPoint on the span dongle and as far as I can tell it works (I did not use any sniffer on the wireless medium though). I've loaded the SixAxisTransmitter on a shimmer mote and although it seems the process went well, when I'm trying to telnet to the mote nothing happens. - I've double checked the PAN_ID and SSID, on both ends. - I've double checked the IP addresses to be on the same subnet. - I've tried both using vmware and native linux for this, no change in the outcome - I've changed the netmask of the IP interface of the SPAN (it was 255.255.255.255 which seems problematic, changed into 255.255.255.0), does not help: instead of getting "no route error", this time I saw that led on the SPAN blinks every time I try to do the telnet to the mote, but eventually the request had timeout. - I've tried to use the Telnet App - just to make sure its not the SixAxis app, but the same thing happens. - Does anyone have a clue as to what I'm doing wrong?
