Yes.  There is a tradeoff between comfort and repeatability.  For
example, placing a spandex shirt/tanktop over the Shimmer and leads
will help but may get in the way of the activity that you are trying
to monitor.

Two other challenging test cases for any ambulatory ECG are:
- jumping jacks
- brushing teeth

In general, the data during these episodes is just thrown away in
post-processing/annotation.
