Our lab recently purchased shimmer2r bio starter kit and started to get used to this system since yesterday.
While I was changing ECG, EMG, GSR modules, the connection wires from battery to the main module got disconnected. So, I re-soldered it correctly but the module won't power up. It works fine when I'm using the module with the USB dock. The power flow is perfect. However, the charge LED on the dock does not blink or glow at all. (No yellow LED at all) Before the disconnection of the wire, the module was working okay. After resoldering the wires, using the multimeter, I checked that the connection is providing a 4.2V to the module. what could be wrong about this device? Won-Jae
