HI Scott, Are you running the latest code from googlecode's tinyos-main tree and sourceforge's tinyos-2.x-contrib/shimmer tree?
I don't recall any recent updates that might improve matters, but it can't hurt to be up to date anyway. Have you any other Sandisk cards that you can try? I wouldn't be too surprised that a no name brand isn't working, as even other (non-Sandisk) big name brands have proven to be problematic. I've always found that Sandisk cards work the most reliably, but that's not to say that I haven't come across faulty SanDisk cards in the past.
